Terms & Conditions of Participation Smurfs competition

These terms and conditions govern the participation in Crocs Smurfs competition (the “competition”), a competition organized by Crocs Europe B.V., [PO Box 84420, 2508 AK The Hague, The Netherlands Chamber of Commerce No. 27276812; “Crocs”], IMPS and Sony Pictures together “we”, “us” or “ours”. Those taking part in the competition shall be referred to as “Contestant”, “you”, “your”.

  1. The competition is open to anyone except to employees, agents, affiliates, officers, directors or representatives of any Crocs group company, and IMPS and Sony Pictures.
  2. No purchase of any products is required to participate in the competition.
  3. Participation in the competition is free of charge.
  4. You may take part in the competition by submitting your answer to the quiz question on the website. You will have to fill out the requested information correctly and truthfully or else you will not be able to participate.
  5. A contestant may not participate more than once.
  6. You will have to provide the following information:
    1. Name
    2. Postal address
    3. Postcode
    4. City + Country
    5. Telephone
    6. Date of Birth
    7. Parents / guardians email address.
  7. The competition will run from November 15th till December 31st 2011.
  8. After December 31st of 2011 the competition will be closed. The winners shall be randomly chosen at Crocs discretion.
  9. The Grand Prize winners and the runner-ups will be notified before January 15th 2012 by email or phone. Return of an e-mail as “undeliverable” or not responding to this email within 48 hours will result in your disqualification and an alternative winner will be selected.
  10. The prizes differ per country.
  11. False or deceptive entries or acts contrary to these terms & conditions of participation will render the Contestant ineligible for the competition and prizes.
  12. Upon being contacted by Crocs, you will be asked to provide us with your personal information in order for us to deliver the prizes to you.
  13. None of the prizes is redeemable for cash.
  14. By ticking the box you “opt in” to receive emails/post from Crocs, you provide Crocs with Personally Identifiable Information (PII). If you do so you consent to PII being dealt with according to Crocs Privacy Policy, which is found at [ http://www.crocs.eu/privacy-security-policy/privacy-security-policy,en_ES,pg.html_]. By ticking the “opt in” box you consent to Crocs periodically sending to you by email or/and post newsletters, promotional material, sales information and other marketing material relating to Crocs products and services and requesting your feedback on our products and services.. You can remove your e-mail address or other PII from our list/records at any time by clicking on the “unsubscribe” link in every Crocs e-mail. In the event that a promotional offer is co-branded with or sponsored by another party, you consent to our sharing your PII, with that party. Crocs may be obligated to cooperate with various law enforcement inquiries and reserves the right to share or transfer your PII to comply with legal requirements. Crocs’ use of the provided PII shall be subject to the laws of The Netherlands and any conflict arising out of such use shall fall under the jurisdiction of the court of The Hague, The Netherlands, to which you consent by ticking the box to “opt in according to this paragraph 14.
  15. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to cancel or suspend this competition should any virus, bugs, unauthorized human intervention, or other causes beyond our control and in our sole opinion corrupt the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper operation of the competition or for any other reason.
