How is this impacting Crocs stores?

To ensure the health and safety of our employees some of our stores remain temporarily closed. However, in compliance with local regulations we will start to reopen some of our locations.

How is this impacting our ability to process online orders?

Our product handling facility continues to operate normally and our carriers have not reported any changes in their standard delivery schedules and timelines.

How has this impacting shipping?

Because of reduced staff and social distancing procedures for the health and safety of our employees, we’re seeing slight delays in order shipments. We are working hard to ship as quickly as possible.

How is this impacting our Customer Service?

You may experience delays in our responsiveness as we modify how we staff and schedule our customer service team. We apologize for any inconvenience.

A message from our CEO.

We are in the business of comfort and our goal is simple – to help everyone be comfortable in their own shoes. To join the efforts to protect our employees, customers and public health, we have made the difficult decision to temporarily close all company-owned Crocs retail and outlet locations. We are adhering to the guidance of each local government as to when we will reopen. Many of our retail partner stores in Europe are also closed in compliance with local regulations.

While our stores will be closed, Crocs.com is open. To make sure all shoes are delivered safely, you should expect some likely delays and our dedicated customer service team stands ready (remotely) to help you navigate any delivery challenges. I ask, respectfully, for your patience. We’re also taking guidance from the WHO, which recommends regular cleaning as one of the most important preventive measures we can take. Our product handling facilities are regularly cleaned, ensuring that you can remain confident in purchasing your favorite Crocs styles.

Wishing you and yours much comfort during these challenging times. I’m hopeful that more comfortable days are near and Crocs will be a part of many healthy, happy moments in the weeks and months to come.

Appreciatively,

Andrew Rees, President, Chief Executive Officer, Crocs.
