What’s the return policy on Crocs™ products bought at the web shop?

If you chose the wrong model or size, you may return the item within 90 days. On receiving your returned item we will refund you in full, the purchase price.


You will be refunded the original delivery costs but you are to meet the cost of direct return postage to Crocs, unless the product is faulty.


How to return a product for refund?

To facilitate the return of the item(s) to Crocs please use the RMA (Return Material Authorization) process below:

  • If you are a registered customer, then please log into your account. An RMA number can be requested next to the order details within 90 days after the delivery date.
  • If you're not a registered customer, then please go to the Return request page at the bottom of the website you ordered from and fill in your order number and billing last name, as per your order confirmation. Your order details will then show after which you can select the products you want to return.

You will be sent a link for the Return Label which contains the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number by e-mail. Please send the items back using the return label which is sent to you.


Once we have received your returned items you will receive a full refund of purchase price and original shipping costs, within 10 working days after we have received and processed the original items. The refund will be issued to the original card/account.
