Return Policy

• The following requirements should be met to return goods to Crocs:

  • The product must have been received within the last 30 days.

  • No returns will be accepted after 30 days from the delivery date, unless you believe that the defect is due to an error in the product itself.

  • The product must be in its original, unworn condition unless the return is due to defects covered under the product warranty.

  • When a return is done because of a wrong size or colour pick, Crocs will only refund the item. Crocs will not refund the shipping costs of the order.

  • If a defect on the ordered item is discovered, Crocs will send a new item under warranty conditions or refund the item and the shipping costs that you have paid.
