Return Instructions

• If you are a registered customer, please log into your account. A RMA number can be requested next to the order details within 30 days after the delivery;
  

  If you're not a registered customer, then please go to the Customer Service page at the bottom of the website you ordered from and fill in your order number and the billing last name, as per your order confirmation. Your order details will then show, after which you can select the products you want to return.
  

  You will be sent a link for the Return Label which contains the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number by e-mail. Please send the items back using the return label which is sent to you. The address on the return label is linked to our Warehouse located in The Netherlands.

  
  

  After your returned items have been received by us we will refund you in full the purchase costs and the original shipping costs. The refund will be within 30 days of your cancellation of the purchase.
